What is Yoga?
The word yoga means “union” in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. Most people think of the union as occurring between mind, body and spirit. Often, people think about yoga as the practice of poses or physical postures. While, there is more to it than just positions and stretching, yoga has been widely accepted as means of improving balance and general physical wellness.
