Summary:
This experiential and didactic workshop will enhance participants understanding of the biology of gratitude. Exercises will demonstrate the practice of gratitude and applications for therapeutic intervention.
Learning objectives:
1. Participants will understand negative bias and tools for overcoming .
2. Participants will learn the skill of mind-mapping (radiant thinking).

About the Presenter: Linda D. Reynolds, MA, ATR, LMFT
Linda D. Reynolds, MA, ATR, LMFT is a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in outpatient private practice. She has over 30 years of experience combining verbal and non verbal treatment approaches. Within her practice she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults within the individual therapy relationship as well as family therapy and group therapy. She has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on the benefits of experiential therapy. She enjoys offering training each month to therapists, especially in the areas of self-care. She has developed specialization in working with individuals impacted by sexual abuse and difficult attachment patterns.
She received her Master’s degree in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville. In addition to her professional practice, Linda owns and facilitates a non-professional art workshop and vintage store, Stuff Dreams Are Made Of.
