Parkside’s Outpatient Programs accommodate adults, adolescents and children ages 6 years and over who are struggling to cope with various life problems. Our counseling services provide needed treatment while allowing patients to continue their daily life at home.
Youth between 6 and 17 years of age who need ongoing and extensive support receive care at our residential treatment facility. Boys and girls suffering with depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma and behavioral problems learn skills designed to help them respond to life’s challenges in a healthier manner. Family therapy and school, provided on site, are part of each child’s treatment.
Parkside’s inpatient programs are designed to help stabilize and treat people in crisis. We provide inpatient hospital services for both adults and youth, ages 13 to 17 years of age. Both units offer patients the benefit of physician directed care, intensive daily structure, individualized treatment plans and individual family and group therapies.
Our children and youth programs serve ages 6 to 17 years of age and provide a safe and structured environment for therapeutic treatment. A continuum of care is available including acute, residential and outpatient services. Family therapy or involvement of significant others is encouraged as a critical part of treatment.
